What it actually does

Why this one
- Front closure. A column of hook-and-eye fastenings down the centre front — you can see it and reach it, instead of fighting a clasp behind your back.
- Cross-back. The straps cross across the shoulder blades. That panel is the posture correction, and it is why the straps never dig.
- Wide vest straps, about three fingers wide, so the weight is spread rather than cutting a line into the shoulder.
- Wire-free with soft moulded cups. Nothing to dig in under the bust.
- Wide smooth underband that spreads pressure across the ribcage instead of gripping in one place.
- Cotton and nylon blend — it lets heat and moisture out instead of trapping it.

This is our widest size run: S all the way to 5XL. One cup size that stretches to fit — the band is what you are choosing, so go by your under-bust measurement rather than your cup letter.

This one runs small. Take one size up from the band you normally buy. If you are between two, take the larger — the back panel needs to sit flat across the shoulder blades to do its job.

Is this a medical posture brace? No. It's a bra with a crossed back panel. It encourages you to hold your shoulders open — it does not treat any condition, and we don't claim it does.
How does it fasten? A column of hook-and-eye fastenings down the centre front.
Will it flatten me? No. The cup gathers and lifts rather than compressing.
