60-day fit guarantee

We sell one thing and we want it to fit. If it doesn't, you should not be out of pocket.

Wear it, wash it, wear it again. If The Booty Boxer isn't right for you, email lumanyccollective@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to send it back. Shapewear is worn against the skin, so we would rather you keep it, pass it on or bin it than post it back to us. There is no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you.

How to claim

1. Email us with your order number and the shade and size you ordered.
2. Tell us in one line what was wrong — too tight, too loose, rolled down, wrong colour. We use it to fix the size guide.
3. We refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually posts it 5–10 business days after that.

Wrong or damaged item

If the wrong shade or size arrives, or it arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will send a replacement at our cost or refund you in full — your choice. The 60-day limit does not apply to this.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund before it ships. After that it is with the warehouse, so use the 60-day guarantee above instead.

Exchanges

We don't run exchanges. It is faster to refund you and have you re-order the size you want, so that is what we do.

Free US shipping, tracked. Typically 10–18 business days.
