These terms cover purchases from LUMA NYC at luma-nyc.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
LUMA NYC sells apparel and shapewear — leggings, shaping shorts, tanks, bras and loungewear. These are garments, not medical devices and not cosmetics. They shape and smooth while worn; they do not change your body, and we make no health, weight-loss or medical claim of any kind.
Sizing and fit
Size ranges differ by piece and are published on each product page and on the size guide. Measure before you order. If you are between two sizes, take the larger. Because all sales are final, sizing is your responsibility — email us your measurement before you order if you want us to confirm the size.
Prices, payment and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at an incorrect price.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free and tracked, typically 10–18 business days from order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not refund for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or fit preference. The narrow exceptions — a damaged parcel, the wrong item sent, cancellation within 12 hours, or non-delivery — are set out in full at Shipping & Returns and form part of these terms.
Product images
Product photography is representative. Colour reproduces differently on different screens, and garments are shown on a range of bodies, so the fit you see will not be identical to the fit you get.
Your conduct
You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with it, and not to resell our products as your own brand.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version live on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
