Include your order number if you have one. Not sure of your size? Send your measurement and the piece you are looking at, and we will tell you which to take — before you order.

Sizing

Everything we make is cut to an Asian size standard, so it runs smaller than a US label of the same name. Each piece has its own chart on the size guide, and the one rule that resolves all of them is: if you land exactly on a boundary, take the larger size.

We would genuinely rather size you before you buy than have you guess. It takes one email.

Shipping

Free worldwide shipping, tracked. Typically 10–18 business days from order.

Delivery windows are estimates, not promises — once a parcel is with the carrier, delays are outside our control. You will have a tracking number the moment it ships.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, before it ships.

If something arrives wrong

Damaged in transit, or the wrong shade or size in the parcel? Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph.

If it is our error we will arrange the exchange and cover the cost of it — but the item does have to come back to us before a replacement or a refund is issued. Please keep the original packaging, and do not send anything back until we have replied with return instructions.

Returns

All sales are final. Everything we sell is worn against the skin, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not refund for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size.

That is exactly why we put the measurements on the page instead of hiding them behind a letter, and why we will size you over email before you order. Check the size guide first — and if there is any doubt at all, ask us.
