These terms cover purchases from LUMA NYC at luma-nyc.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
LUMA NYC sells apparel — currently one item, The Booty Boxer, a high-waist shaping short. It is a garment, not a medical device and not a cosmetic. It shapes and smooths while worn; it does not change your body, and we make no health, weight-loss or medical claim of any kind.
Sizing and fit
Sizes run S to 3XL against the hip measurements published on the product page. Measure before you order. If you are between two sizes, take the larger. If the fit is wrong, the 60-day fit guarantee covers you — see Returns.
Prices, payment and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. We take payment at checkout through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at an incorrect price.
Shipping
We ship to the United States. Shipping is free and tracked, typically 10–18 business days from order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Product images
Product photography is representative. Colour reproduces differently on different screens, and garments are shown on a range of bodies, so the fit you see will not be identical to the fit you get.
Your account and conduct
You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with it, and not to resell our products as your own brand.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version live on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
