Try your Luma NYC products for a full 60 days. If you’re not completely happy — for any reason — let us know and we’ll issue a full refund.

And here’s the part we’re especially proud of: you keep the product. There’s no box to repackage, no label to print, and nothing to ship back. Reach out, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How to Request a Refund

It takes about a minute:

  1. Email us at lumanyccollective@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number (it’s in your confirmation email) and the name the order was placed under.
  3. Tell us briefly what didn’t work — your feedback genuinely helps us improve.

That’s it. A real person on our team will confirm your refund and follow up with next steps.

When You’ll See Your Refund

Once your request is approved, we process refunds to your original payment method right away. From there, timing is in your bank’s hands:

  • Approval: typically within 1–2 business days of your email.
  • Refund posted: most banks and card issuers reflect it within 5–10 business days.

We’ll email you the moment your refund is on its way, so you’re never left wondering.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Every order is checked before it leaves us, but if anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it immediately — on us.
